I love this one: "He who fears something gives it power over him." Where were you with this wisom at 7 am today as I was preparing for my first ever 5k? :)
I actually saw it yesterday on a Facebook status update...I wanted to make sure I didn't forget it. :)
I love this. Thank-you. I struggle a lot with anxiety and this is always such a good reminder for me.
